Bim Dave leads our legal tech company, Helm360, which is based in the UK. With nearly 20 years' experience delivering solutions to the legal industry, his keen understanding of how law firms and lawyers use technology has propelled Helm360 to the industry’s forefront. Over the years, Anbu has held multiple challenging customer-facing roles, delivered top quartile client satisfaction, and excelled at business development in cloud & infrastructure services. He manages global client relationships and is adept at managing multi-cultural and multi-national teams.
Jasbir Walsh is our People Success Global Head. Based in our San Diego headquarters, she uses her extensive human resources acumen to lead our global HR efforts. She has a well-rounded background in technical recruiting, employee relations, workforce management, immigration, mobility/relocation, and policy development at the global level, which allows us to expand our company’s footprint and hire experts from around the world. She’s received numerous achievement awards recognizing her contributions and success at developing effective HR services.
Joe Arakkal is the Senior Director of our Government Division. He’s an experienced data analytics professional whose background includes leading data portfolios and other technical projects for large, global organizations, including banks and eCommerce. He specializes in managing large (300+) front-line technical teams and delivery organizations. He has worked in a variety of roles including business consulting, solution architecture, and project management.
Skye Goodrich is the Consulting Director for Helm360. Recognized as an industry expert in data conversions, she focuses on building a strong cadre of legal IT consultants, services, and products as well as supplying focused management and support to our North American clients. Her multi-industry background and excellent management skills make her an adept problem-solver and an expert at building effective teams and collaborative environments.
Sushil Kaul is our Director of Global Talent Acquisition. He brings 30+ years of staffing industry knowledge and management experience to our landscape. Sushil leads our Costa Rica and India recruiting teams, tasked with finding the right professionals to meet our clients’ needs. He also leads the global team responsible for internal talent in the US, UK, and Costa Rica offices. Sushil is known for his excellent coaching abilities, which he uses to help others reach their fullest potential.
Zuzanna (Sue) Mikelsons joined our company with over 25 years of professional experience in both the legal and technology industries. In her previous role with Thomson Reuters, she served as a Sales Engineer and transitioned into the role of Sales Executive, covering the New York and New Jersey region. Sue also has more than 13 years of legal experience as a Financial Administrator for a law firm in Philadelphia. Her professional experiences include managing complex projects and implementations for a host of vendors, managing Elite Enterprise upgrades, and helping firms implement Elite 3E.
Aanchal Mishra is the People Success Mentor (Human Resources Manager) in our Noida, India location. She uses her extensive HR background to establish effective communication channels, query resolution protocols, and policy compliance procedures. Her ability to connect and empathize with others not only contributes to her innovative problem-solving capabilities, but also allows her to successfully mentor, coach and advise all levels of our team.
Kajal is the Director of Business Development for CCS Learning Academy and the Veteran Talent & Development Program. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has 10+ years in the education and professional training sector. She specializes in developing sustainable partnerships and implementing technology training solutions for private and public entities. She uses her passion for education and business to keep our programs current, engaging, and relevant to today’s professionals.
Emily Shoemaker is our Director of Digital Experience and Strategy. With a background in the fields of business, technology, education, and data science, she designs and develops digital media and strategies to advance the work of CCS Global Tech and Helm360. She integrates perspectives from her experiences in a large aerospace company, teaching in South Korea, and leading educational technology projects at Harvard to design and develop digital solutions for a wide variety of audiences.
Hafeez Syed is a Solutions Architect specializing in our ProLaw products. A highly skilled IT developer with four Microsoft certifications and a project management certification, he’s known for his future-thinking, big picture IT solutions. His expertise in technical architecture, management and strategy coupled with his ability to respond to customer feedback and business needs makes him a powerhouse when it comes to developing and improving our legal-facing product and services.
Christine Tulish is our Business Development Director (TDP Division) based in the United States. Christine joined CCS back in 2017 as an HR support person for the TDP Division, but she quickly learned the ins and outs of the employees and clients which gave her the opportunity to take on this new role. Christine’s 15+ years of human resource experience gives her an advantage when working with both our clients and our employees as she understands the needs of both and can help the organization analyze strategies and data to help build and grow internal and external business relationships. Through her skill and know-how, we continue to attract and retain high-quality IT professionals, foster a culture of transparency, and provide an inclusive, empowering environment.

A non-profit, voluntary NGO registered as a Trust in India that works primarily with the children of incarcerated mothers. The foundation aims to improve social skills as well as provide education and job skills training for the underprivileged children and break the cycle of crime.
A two-day summer camp hosted by the San Diego Sheriff’s Department and San Diego’s Hall of Champions. The program serves 50 local high school students selected from schools and community organizations. The camp promotes friendships, confidence, leadership, teamwork and positive life choices.
