- Production Support related to Legacy Data Warehouses, SSIS, Packages and Jobs, SSRS Reports, Stored Procedures, and PowerBI Report Services Refreshes/Fixes.
- Developing, testing, and deploying Azure Data Factory Pipelines and SSIS packages.
- Monitoring existing SSRS and Power BI reports for issues.
- Writing PowerShell scripts to automate event logging and reporting.
- Implementation of ITIL Processes: Coordination for Incident, Service Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Problem Management, and Reporting.
- Operating an issues management process to ensure that issues related to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL Jobs are reviewed, resolved, or escalated in a timely manner.
Although we focus on MS-SQL databases, we also work with non-MS-SQL data upon request. Examples include DB2, C-Tree, Oracle, and proprietary formats; we often transform these to MS-SQL for further processing.
Our data extraction services include data mapping, field and table verifications, reports to confirm record counts and financial totals, issue resolution, and post-go-live services. We also maintain a growing library of differing source and destination databases to facilitate conversion from and to many dissimilar data structures.
We have recently completed successful data extraction projects for ESI (Engineering Systems, Inc.) and Harneys, as well as many other clients.
